Tranquillien reputation is, in fact, gained upon subsequent turn-ins (500 rep per). Hoewever, no further experience is gained.
After completing all of the quests in Ghostlands (not including the second go-around on these repeatable ones) I was Exalted with Tranquillien. So what's the point of doing these extra rep quests other than to buy gear from this guy slightly sooner?
