Current patch seems to have bugged this. When doing The Sporeling's Plight it now stops you from collecting the sacs when you have 10 in your inventory. Then, you can't actually pick up this quest to enable you to collect the sacs because it's a "blue question mark" quest for turn in when complete. *sigh*
