I was able to spam this all the way to exalted. With the double reputation buff from the 20th anniversary, it was really fast to cap them! (I was Aldor, but switched to Scryer and now I'm a Hero of Shattrath!)
Not sure when this was changed, but yeah. This item is a LOT cheaper than the Arcane Tome, so I'd highly encourage people to use this repeated turn-in instead (300 rep with the double rep bonus, as a non-human)
