Mysterious Boots is a quest for level 40. It rewards 1,350 experience and money.
Phasing back and forward in time, these flickering ornate boots are adorned with a lavish "V" on them.
Someone at Khadgar's Tower might have insights to the nature of these strange items.

Bear in mind that the Nagrand portion may be dysfunctional until there is a way to distinguish between Outland Nagrand and Draenor Nagrand. Until then, simply remove "Nagrand" from the line, then run it while you are in the zone.
