Although the quest "Mysterious Greenery" appears on the world map, the NPC quest giver "Glimmercane" is missing currently on Live 9.2.
Edit: Also confirming that this issue seems to have been fixed tonight (March 7th) around 7pm eastern on US servers.

EDIT: As of March 8, the quest giver is at the position as it should be a.k.a fixed

Can confirm as of now, the quest NPC is not appearing in Zereth Mortis, even though the quest marker is showing on the main map (though not on the minimap). I have completed the other quest chain that unlocks with Sopranian (that opens the mount Protoform Synthesis forge) with no issues. Edited to add: waited til after reset in case it was timegated after a reset and it still doesn't show.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
