Mysterious Staff is a quest for level 40. It rewards 1,350 experience and money.
Fluctuations in reality surround this staff so much that it is hard to identify any recognizable markings aside from a large, lavish "V" on its apex.
This might require help to identify by someone from Khadgar's Tower.

Prints out four lines in chat saying either true or false, true means that you have completed the quest.
Nagrand (Staff): 46, 15 - NW area (excluding Highmaul area). Near the Broken Precipice in the Cerulean Lagoon in which you take damage from the noxious swamp fumes every second (2500/tick for me).
**1/4 quest items to obtain the follower Image of Archmage Vargoth
Bear in mind that the Nagrand portion may be dysfunctional until there is a way to distinguish between Outland Nagrand and Draenor Nagrand. Until then, simply remove "Nagrand" from the line, then run it while you are in the zone.
