The droprate is pretty bad, but there's a lot of them respawning very quickly around 46,36 where I was able to kill a bunch of them and complete the quest.

Quest
Nasty, Big, Pointy Teeth
A World of Warcraft quest in Korthia. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

One of the absolute worst quests in Korthia. Completely avoid this one if you can afford to skip a quest.
Very, VERY low drop rate on quest items, and the Gromits themselves are very scarce in the area. For every one gromit you find there's anywhere from 6-10 non-quest hostile mobs around it. Infuriating, time consuming and low reward. Avoid it.
The name is a reference to the Killer Rabbit of Caerbannog in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Description
There's tons of interesting things to kill out here! Bears, birds, mawsworn, and gromits! Let's start with the gromits shall we? Go slaughter the fierce gromits in the Mauler's Outlook and bring me their FANGS! I can always use more teeth.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
