Did you come here to see why it was not working? if you kill the Skullspike Devastator with another player it will take a few minutes to trigger the quest for you so you can "defend the bulwark" another amazing quest!
I SURE DID come here for this. omg
It was doing absolutely nothing for me, no Skullspike Devastator or anything. However, when I ran down the path and killed some things, the defend portion completed and I was able to complete, so make sure and check to see if there's anything down there that needs killed.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
