Odyn's Summons

If you boost a warrior, it drops you in Dalaran and this is the first quest that shows up for you to accept.
There's nothing on the map and no instructions on how to get to Skyhold.

Go to Krasus Landing in Dalaran (flight master area) and look for the glowing area at the back.
A button will appear to "Jump to Skyhold", which is the warrior class hall.

ATT showed me that I hadn't completed this quest. I have an old warrior that have done most/all Legion content years ago, that wasn't able to pick this quest up. Possibly it becomes unavailable under certain conditions. I did however also have a fresher warrior alt that hadn't done any Legion content, that was able to get this quest completed.

1) Do the intro quest that unlocks your order hall.
2) Select any of the artifact weapon quests and complete it.
3) Return to order hall and do a couple of quests until it tells you to pick a questing zone.
4) Pick any questing zone and then return to Dalaran. Danica should now be waiting for you offering this quest.

Beware that I did not actually progress on the questing zone quest before picking up the quest from Danica. I was worried that this might make her go away and never return with this quest.

I don't know if it's a bug or intentional, but in my case the Valkyr "Danica the Reclaimer" that delivered the message started following me afterwards, as if she was silently saying "Look, a living god just summoned you, stop visiting the auction house and go there right now!"
