If you are trying to do the Traveler's Log achievement (defeat the new tamers with at least 2 Dragonkin), I had the following lineup:

Dark Whelping (1,2,1)
Chrominius (1,1,2)
Microbot XD (1,2,2)

1st pet: call darkness, Lift-Off, Shadowflame - should take him out.
2nd pet: shadowflame. Dark whelping dies. Bring in Chrominius. Howl, Surge of Power. You may need to do a Bite. Either way, 2nd enemy pet will die.
3rd pet: Alert! to take down decoy. Supercharge. Ion Cannon. You win!

Note: this took me several tries, but I was finally successful, so your mileage (RNG) may vary! :)
