These are both inside the vault and you will need [item=202196] to open the doors to each item. [item=204353] is on the first floor - entrance is at 30.04, 56.05. [item=204685] is on the second floor - entrance is at 29.40, 57.60. You can get to the second floor by clicking one of the webs in the room and jumping to the correct platform.
I didnt realize if you actually follow the quest marker, the little yellow yard marker, it will actually lead you to the door you have to open.
