Despite being intended as a Horde-only quest, I was able to pick up this quest on an Alliance character today. The quest turn-in IS still in the Horde village, so look out for those guards!
I had a bug with this quest. Gi-Oh wouldn't follow me around; he just stood next to Kai-Lin Honeydew. So when I clicked the barrels around Honeydew Glade, I would watch them fly in the air, slowly, across the map to Gi-Oh. It was like a slow motion sports clip. Pretty funny, I must say :)

Description
Just look at this mess! All that brew gone to waste! Taran Zhu warned us against speaking to you outsiders, but I'll take any help I can get. We were on our way to Dawn's Blossom to deliver our brew when the fighting broke out. Now all of our brew has been lost! You want to make it up to us? Maybe you can find some of our Honeybrew barrels that haven't been broken. Then it wouldn't be a complete loss.
