TheWoWDBSomehow it seems right to give this item to [follower=157] - sadly it doesn't change the displayed weapon. If you didn't know, Lantresor was first seen in the Burning Crusade as a quest giver in Nagrand.
Seems a bit unfair to keep him down in my mine but that's his current fate!

This quest is able to be picked up after you defeat [npc=84800] at the end of the Garrison Campaign: Awakening questline.
Likely has something to do with [npc=84800] the warlord of the Burning Blade clan.
On one of the Garrison Campaign missions, the ring of blood, you fight her. She talks about how her weapon grows stronger the more it kills, and while [item=120313] is not named specifically, the icon and the weapon she wields look similar. She stuns you before you can kill her and then flees while saying someday, your blood will coat its edge, its only a matter of time. Finally, at the end of the quest line an NPC in your garrison says we will have to watch out for her in the future.
I found it a bit odd nobody mentioned this, but the name sanketsu is similar to zangetsu, ichigo's sword.
