Hey! I hear there's a curious object nearby. Scouts say it's some kind of shredder manual.
Go check it out for me, will ya? I wonder if it has to do with this new prototype I've been hearin' about...

In order to have this quest become available, I had to complete Thaelin's Quick Fix first. Presumably, if you pick up / complete Decommissioned Mission before handing this quest in, you will no longer be able to obtain this quest.
Confirmed, first complete Thaelin's Quick Fix, without taking Decomissioned Mission. This quest is a brearcrumb for Decomissioned Mission quest.
For anyone that is wondering how to get this mission, you have to have done Thaelin's Quick Fix, which is accessed by doing Through the Looking Glass, So if you go there and see nothing except Maraad's quest, don't fear.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

That shredder had a manual jammed in the cockpit, but it's missing a lot o' pages. If we can find those manual pages, I'd bet my third toe I can get the prototype shredder working again. I coulda swore I saw a few of those pages floatin' about in Archenon Siegeyard. Maybe the orcs there carry them.
The Battle for Shattrath has 14 steps, from Through the Looking Glass to The Battle for Shattrath.
