I can't figure out how to get this quest. I finished the Arcane Sanctum building questline then got sent to the Frostwolf Overlook flight point. Gazlowe is there but only gives the quest "Gazlowe's Solution" which is the next quest. Anyone know how to actually get this quest?

Edit: After I completed "Gazlowe's Solution", the next quest he offers is "Shredder Manual". So it seems that wowhead has the order backwards!

Description

I've been hearing rumors of this new prototype shredder the Iron Horde's engineers have been working on. I think we ought to investigate. A shadow hunter spotted some sort of shredder manual, and it might have something to do with that prototype.
