When you've done this quest, you officially become a member of the Inglourious Basterds.
The trolls riding on bats will dismount when attacked, but the bat disappears you will not have to fight it as well. They give you a disease "Rabies" that does give a small DoT, but increases your crit chance and crit damage bonus by 30%. Quite nice :)

Description
I thinkin' it be time to do some scalpin', mon! The trolls at Heb'Drakkar to the northeast should do nicely. With their fancy bats and attackin' us, they got it comin'! Ahunae even give you his own knife so that you do the job right.
