To get [item=189374] you need to find [item=189444] in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

Right now you will need to complete the prerequisites to interact with the forge and turn in the schematic quests

[item=189444] is a protoform synthesis pet.

The schematic sits on a tree above Untamed Verdure pool a little to the north of [object=369757] treasure.
Go to 59.19 75.13 spot and look at the cliffs. There is a medium size metal orb. You need to reach it with either abilities of flying.
Above that orb there is a circle looked tree. The schematic is on that tree.

After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create [item=189374] battle pet.
