TheWoWDBI can't seem to find this quest. Oddly, it leads to "A Bigger Beast" which also had an ! on the map. I went to bigger beast first, and it wasn't there, and in the process of looking it up, the questgiver appeared. I thought it just took some RP that I missed while minimized, but there was no follow up to the bigger beast quest. Then I could not "scholarly pursuit" either (maybe bc I somehow did step first?).. I will update if I figure it out.
