To get [item=187660] you need to find [item=189472] in Zereth Mortis and bring it to the Synthesis Forge*, then collect reagents for the craft

  8. Inside the [object=375270] related to [npc=184386] teleport system

    • Travel to Resonant Peaks & collect 30 [npc=183569]

    • Teleport to Tertius Locus (4-th option)

    • You will see a huge elemental elite. Pass it and jump 1 lvl down

    • Turn around and you will see a scroll on the ground

Complete 3 parts of the main campaign in the Secrets of the First Ones Forming an Understanding
Complete a [order-advancement=1931] upgrade of the [npc=181397]
Complete Protoform Synthesis quest to craft pets / Finding Tahli questchain & After daily reset The Lost Component & A New Architect to craft mounts

[item=189472] is a protoform synthesis mount.
To unlock protoform crafting:

Research [order-advancement=1931] and complete [storyline=1285] questlines.
After daily reset complete The Lost Component + A New Architect quests to unlock [spell=366367].


To collect this schematic you need to travel to Resonant Peaks and collect 30 cosmic energy. Teleport from Gravid Repose to Tertius Locus.
The schematic is below the platform you teleport to. Go west, there you should see a spot to jump down from. This area unlocks as a part of ZM campaign.
After bringing the schematic to Protoform Repository you will learn how to create Vespoid Flutterer mount.
