The portal to the Skyfire next to Seamus Goldenkicks is created by buying Portal Reagents: Skyfire from Proveditor Grantley. Once open, any alliance player can use the portal for 20 minutes.
You can also buy Portal Reagents: Skyfire from Field Merchant Skevin, who is standing on the Skyfire to the left of the doorway, to help you get back to Lion's Landing.I guess you could fly to the Skyfire by yourself too. It is way over in southwestern Krasarang Wilds (coordinates 18,79).
To find it:
If you buy the portal, or the portal is already up, you take the portal. If it's not, fly to Cradle of Chi-ji, the closest flight path. When you land, you'll be facing southwest, and should be able to see the Skyfire, depending on your view distance.
