They seemed to be found in groups of 2. Even though they are kind of spread out, when I located one, there was another close by.
They are located nearly all over the cavern and are fairly easy to spot from the air. Basically anywhere where there's moths. Such as
/way Zaralek Cavern:Dragon Isles 48, 76 Underlight Moth Cocoon
You can take it from there.

Hello friend! You're a tailor, right? So you must know about silk! Mister Rossmar down in Loamm knows how to make special silk from the cocoons of the Underlight Moths, but could use some help gathering them up! You should be able to find them in the mushroomy area near Glimmerogg. I'll sure he will make it worth your while!
