Silver Filigree Flask is a quest for level 10-35. It rewards 1 reward item.
You have found a beautiful silver flask decorated with ornate filigree. With the right materials and your skill in alchemy, it could become quite magical.

I assume this quest (and the item that gives it) never made it live, as I did not need this quest to make my Alchemist's Flask.
See Alchemist's Flask. Learned from alchemy trainers, so the item/quest mentioned above may never be needed unless you happen to loot it before learning the spell from the trainer.
Where do you get this quest? Unlike usual, there is no Quest giver listed...I'm a lvl 84 with maxed alchemy, so I guess it could be a level based quest?
“This potent flask is not consumed when used.”
Item facts are the current retail client’s (ItemSparse); the specialisations for a pick-one item are the ones the Blizzard quest API lists; faction and currency text is the client’s own. Lowest listed price = the US commodity auction house now.
