TheWoWDBIf you're still in the midst of catching up on this storyline, and are just finishing the previous arc, Nozdormu may not initially have the quest available. I struggled for a few minutes at seeing the quest marker on the map, but no quest giver in Tyrhold. Leaving the area and coming back updated the NPCs' positions and code to greet me for this questline.

I picked up quest and zoned out to do heroic. Nothing was happening when I got back. Dropped quest and restarted it. You have to wait for chat to finish then a portal will open to take.
Touch orb (at least that is what i did to start chat again. Patience, just stand there.
If you see the quest on your map but cannot find the quest giver just fly out of the zone and back again. It's glitchy, Nozdormu doesn't like to sit in the correct timeline to give out the quest.

What to do
Description
I believe the Silver Scale may still be of some use to us. During my observations, I felt an... energy in it that transcends time and seems to be attuned to Tyr. It also has the same architecture as the disc. It stands to reason we may use the Silver Scale to collect one of Tyr's memories that he did not commit to the disc. Though it seems macabre, going to his tomb in Tirisfal may allow us to at least partially restore him. Alexstrasza can tell you more, {name}.
