Looks like everyone is posting worthless information when it comes to bacon world quest. All you have to do to find where the bacon world quest is for each zone is press M (which brings up your map) and if there is a slab of bacon WQ you will see where on the map.

NOW if you are wondering how to UNLOCK bacon WQ you need to be 90/700 in cooking. Now It is possible you also need to complete the [npc=64337] quests line The Prodigal Sous Chef/Too Many Cooks

I am not sure but I had them done when I hit 90/700 to unlock 700 cooking you just need [item=111387]

[item=135511] drops from four NPCs:

[npc=103681] in Highmountain
[npc=103787] in Suramar
[npc=103785] in Val'sharah
[npc=103784] in Azsuna
[npc=103786] in Stormheim

It is an item required by this world quest and is auto-completed after looting this item from the aforementioned NPCs. Completing this provides you with 5 Slice of Bacon. These are cooking mats for Lavish Suramar Feast, Hearty Feast and [item=133681] [and their varied ranks]. If you eat 6 pieces of [item=133681] you earn the "Yummy Bacon" buff which awards Everything Tastes Better.
