Something is wrong, <name>.
I sent Stellagosa to assist you, but I can no longer sense her.
Please, go out there and find out what's happened to my granddaughter.

This quest became available for me from Projection of Senegos after having handed in The Withered and having completed The Consumed. Note that Stellagosa is a breadcrumb for Runas the Shamed, so it's only available before picking that one up.
Why would they do it so that I get Runas earlier than this :( I miss it forever ;(
She has some great voice clips when you click on her. Including "Just remember, I can fly, and you can't!" Nice little dig at the current lack of flight in Legion. XD

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

I wish to make it up to you for whatever I did that made you want to kill me. Hmm... your dragon complains about being weak. I know why. Runas can fix it, my friend. One of my kind, Ael'Yith, pulls ley energy from the very ground of Azsuna. I can take you to the location of his mana siphons.
