So Cedonu said he saw nightfallen going into Leyhollow?
I don't like the sound of that.
Grandfather seems to be holding his own, but the archmage and I will keep an eye on him. You go investigate our caves.

Jim Cummings does a wonderful performance here. Runas was truly a memorable character, and I wish we had known him longer.
Don't start heading up the mountain he's located in the cave with all the neat blue crystals that you have been going back and forth for mobs for the other quests in this quest line.
The nightfallen is located inside the huge cave behind the big rock: /way 48.25 22.71

Every time I do this quest, I always stay to the end after handing it off. To witness the end of poor [npc=91131]. Even though we knew him for only a very short time, he's a character that really means something. His voice acting is terrific and his final words are so poetic and heartbreaking.
Runas:
This hunger is consuming my very mind. It is taking every ounce of my energy to just... just...
Can you hear me, my friend?
I... I can not see you anymore.
I think... perhaps it is time to say goodbye, then.
Thank you, my friend, for letting my last few hours mean something.....As I say, I never leave until he is gone. I imagine my character sitting in the pool, holding [npc=91131] as he passes.
And my characters all feel my regret, and rage, as I stand up to go out and bring vengance against [npc=91155] and [npc=90267]Goodbye, Runas the Redeemed....

I am weak. The hunger is devastating, my friend. I understand now why your dragon rests in these pools. <cough, cough> I came to warn you but... it looks like I was too late. I hear him outside now. Ael'Yith... is... here...
