Got stuck for a little while on the last conduit. There's one out to the far west, separated from the others, at 23.9 64.1
I wound up encountering a bug with this quest when trying to destroy the conduits. Restarting the client, reloading the UI, and disabling addons didn't seem to work, but I found that exiting the quest area and re-entering it would resolve the issue (the cursor would be a gear instead of the hand icon that allows you to interact and destroy the conduits), so if anyone runs into that same problem, I hope that helps.
