Song of Wind and Water

The Stormwright's Shelf is the plateau between the Maker's Perch and the North Sea in the northwest part of Sholazar Basin. Once you're there, use the [item=39571] to transform into [npc=28999]. Initially you'll be in his water form, so go after one of the [npc=28858]. You'll have a Water Bolt for your attack and Frost Nova to hold it in place. Once it's low on health, use the [spell=52862] power. This will kill the revenant and transform you into Haiphoon's air elemental phase. Now you'll want to go after an [npc=28862]. Alternate between Lightning Bolt and Windshear, the latter of which has a knockback, until its low on health. Then use [spell=52864] to go back to the water form. Alternate between the two types of mobs until you've completed the quest.

There are a few things to be aware of:

2. Be careful not to kill the quest mobs with Haiphoon's normal attacks. You must devour them to receive quest credit.
3. 
   
4. In addition to the elementals, watch for the [npc=28877] golems that patrol the area. They're not elite, and you can kill them in either form.

6. You can kill both water and air elementals in either form, but you can only use your Devour ability on the opposing element. The aqueous spirits are immune to your special attacks when you're in water elemental form (you can still melee them), but the monsoon revenants are not immune to your attacks in air elemental form.

8. While you're riding Haiphoon, you cannot loot. The corpses do seem to stick around for awhile, though, so if you finish the quest quickly enough you'll be able to dismount and loot them before they disappear.

So those that are 110 doing the rep grind, the only way I was able to do this daily was to:
1. Summon Haiphoon.
2. With your BACK up to a Storm Revenant right click after the Storm Revenant Attacks turn around and spam 3.
3. Move on and then do the same with a Aqueous Spirit.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 until complete.
