Fly to Sparktouched Haven, southwest of Rainspeaker Canopy, and just to the west of the Mosslight Pillar, and kill Frenzyhearts until one of them drops a [item=39266]. It has a very high drop percentage. Once you've got the crystal, take it to the Great Lightning Stone (33.7,75.0), and activate it. This will transform you into [npc=28115], a [pet=46] which fights like a cross between a rogue, feral druid, and DPS warrior.

At least that's one way to do it. You don't actually have to take control of Soo-holu to complete the quest. Because you can't loot while you're transformed, I prefer to just kill them myself. It may take longer, but you'll still get quest credit, and you won't miss out on the loot.

No matter how you do it, I recommend running to Kartak's Hold, rather than trying to pick off the raiders attacking Sparktouched Haven. It's the Frenzyheart village just to the southwest. Just be careful not to let yourself get overwhelmed. The respawn rate is very high and there are lots of them.

Let's get some co-ordinate's happening. Tainted Crystal drops off the Frenzyheart's in Kartak's Hold at around 24,80; which is where you are going anyway to kill the 50 Frenzyheart attackers. It is not dropped in Sparktouched Haven though some of the Frenzyheart's may venture that deep in their battle with the Sparktouch's. You can kill the Frenzys for quest credit without the aide of the crystal's cat form. You do not get exp from killing these, but they are lootable, and any AOE class will prolly kill 50 of these faster than the cat because they only have about 6000 hp and die pretty quickly.
