You won't be offered any daily quests from The Oracles unless you do Return of the Friendly Dryskin first. If you didn't pick the quest when you killed Artruis the Heartless for the first time, you can easily kill him again and pick the quest.
Remember, in order to get the quest his minion Jaloot must survive, so during the fight you have to kill Zepik the Gorloc Hunter.
If you kill Jaloot first, Zepik the Gorloc Hunter will offer you Frenzyheart Champion which gives you honored Frenzyheart Tribe reputation (but hostile with The Oracles - be careful when taking it!) and opens the daily quests for Frenzyheart Tribe if you didn't do it yet.

So it looks like only three of these quests are given per day and my guess is that they are random, so it could take a few days for you to get all of them. I just did my first day and will update this comment when I finish.
there are 3 quest givers
however 1 only gives [url=http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=12704 Appeasing the Rain Stone, so you get this one every day
