TheWoWDBIt seems any oracle drops the 'pure sample of Oracle Blood' but I found it's easier to just kill one of the mobs you have to kill in the quest to get one.
- Blood drops at Sparktouched Haven at about 30,75
- Then return to Kartak's Hold at 23,83, to the Altar of Kartak.
- The Altar is next to the mob you complete the quest at: Shaman Jakjek. (Far back in the camp)
- Then just summon your monkey and slay some oracles.
