TheWoWDBFor many, who can't seem to find the Return of the Lich Hunter, after killing Altruis. It's because the script bugs by KILLING ALTRUIS TOO QUICKLY. Slowly killing the boss will allow the two npcs to thaw. Then you have the opportunity to kill either one to pick your side.

This quest effectively swaps your reputation with The Oracles with your Frenzyheart Tribe reputation, boosting your FT rep to honored. Seems to be repeatable on a daily basis. Available after killing Artruis the Heartless if you kill the Gorloc NPC during the fight. Opposite quest: Hand of the Oracles.
This daily can not be used to grind rep for your faction, it is only used to switch reps between the two. (This daily awards no additional rep if it's with a tribe you're already honored with)
