I spent 60 seconds in Ardenweld, 65,28 and got 4 Champion's Pelt from killing Starving Shadowstalker's. West of Heartwood Grove.
To complete the quest you need to craft [item=180579] via Ascension Crafting menu.
[item=180579] recipe required two different materials: 4x [item=180477] and 2x [item=180478].
[item=180477] drop by any flying creatures and [item=180478] drop by beasts (it's a rare drop).

Description
I can aid you in crafting many pieces of equipment for your soulbinds. Though they may only equip one at a time, each piece grants a new ability that they may not have without it. This time you must source your own materials from around the Shadowlands. When you have collected them, return to me and we can create the footpads!
