If you, like me, have no idea how to get this to show up to get the Bradensbrook well decor, here is what finally worked for me:
I took a class that can heal (anything except Evoker, for me I took a Paladin - this is paramount, as the questchain only shows up if you are in heal spec) and did the Holy Artefact Questline. I then did the following quest, the first one just being available at Krasus Landing:
Armies of Legionfall
Assault on Broken Shore follow up - i skipped the scenario
The Broken Shore: Investigating the Legion just available where you spawn after skippingAfter that just follow the chain and if youre in heal spec you should geht the bradensbrook questchain.
Have fun with your well.

When you click the corrupted undead, they will either fight you or despawn. You need 3 of them to not turn hostile to complete the quest. Lorgos has an exceptionally long respawn timer for a quest mob, at least several minutes.
for anyone that needs a bit more instruction after the top comment: Khadgar will give you 'The Council's Call' after you turn in the Investigating quest on the Broken Shore. Go to Dalaran, then pick up 'Away from Prying Eyes', followed by 'In Dire Need'. Modera will have the Bradensbrook quest after this.

Description
There was something wrong with those three, they had a fel taint about them that was... unsettling. I believe they were somehow woken later than the other risen. Curse the Legion and their meddling! The reinforcements are streaming out of Black Rook Hold from Heroes' Rest. We must make our way there and see if we can stop the source of these new troops.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Cutting off the Heads
Erdris Thorn was a key commander of Ravencrest's forces. To hear him confusing us for the Legion fills me with a great sadness. He will be a difficult foe to defeat. We must stop his squad leaders from forming up for a focused assault on Bradensbrook.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Matter Resolved... For Now...
You should return to the Kirin Tor. I have no doubt they will want to hear of our success. I will find Lord Erdris, and then I will contact you.
