TheWoWDBEntry portal at 54,33. I found I could walk through the portal to the treasure, or another way is to fly down to the arena floor and then come back through portcullises.

For anyone that doesn't use coordinates, it is literally next to the entrance to Voidscar Arena.
In case it isn't clear (and it wasn't to me at first) , you have to click on the center of the object and let the PULLING bar fill then walk away "pulling" a void tendril. You do it 3x and you get the treasure to pop out.
