Talk to Master Jiedari, and she gives you a "Hozen Vaulting Staff", which gives you an extra ability bar.

The quest is a bit buggy, but if you don't spam your buttons too quickly, you can stay equipped with the Monkey King's staff. Wait about a GCD between casts and you shouldn't be removed from the item.

Had troubles with that quest at first as the mobs despawned in front of me. But then I noticed that I was standing at the edge of the quest area and after entering the area fully, the extra action bar you get from the item provided stays and so do the mobs.

The mobs are one-shotted with the new ability plus you get a fun jump around ability. Took me less than a minute to complete.
