Travel to Broken Shore, Deliverance Point. You'll find Anduin at 41.4 59.5 spot.
Have a talk and escort him towards Hijacked Portal. By the way he will mount before you leave the camp, thats good.
But he, obviously, doesnt have Legion Pathfinder to use a fly mount.
When he leaves you, find him at 52.5 48.4 spot.TomTom:

Description
It's good to have you at my side, {name}. I've come to the Broken Shore to see, for myself, the price that my father... that the Alliance has paid to protect our world. As long as I am blind to the suffering and sacrifices of my people, I will never be able to lead them to peace. Time is short, we should move onward.
