The Overseers can be kinda tricky to find, with only a few specific spawn points, and somewhat long spawn time. I myself found 6 of them.
- Next to the puddle of water at 55,12
- Atop the structure at 58, 15 (standing next to the railing on the left)
- On the cliff at 57,13
- There are two inside the tower at 55,15 and one more at the entrance, at the bottom of the stairs.
lol, remember to read the quest: send your whelplings at the many pylons to disable them.
This quest is pretty annoying currently, with everyone grinding old WQs to see if they can fill out their Legion Emissary mounts. I recommend using a macro like
/tar Nightfallen Overseer
/cast (instant cast spell of your choice here)and just flying around between the four points in the comments above.

Step 2 of 2. Chain order is read from the prerequisite data in the current retail client build, so it reflects what the game requires, not a curated storyline.

Much better. I knew I could count on you, my friend. Allow me to return the favor. I know how you can destroy the large mana collector pylons. We shall save your dragon yet! The pylons only work against ground targets, yet they're defenseless from above. Send your whelplings at them, my friend.
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
Objective areaIn-game waypoint: /way #630 57.1 14.2
TheWoWDB/way #630 57.1 14.2Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Azsuna, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Azsuna:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
Creature, object and item facts from the current retail client; “also asked for by” lists other quests whose objectives name the same target. Prices are the US commodity auction house’s lowest listed price.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
