TheWoWDBThe Overseers can be kinda tricky to find, with only a few specific spawn points, and somewhat long spawn time. I myself found 6 of them.

- Atop the structure at 58, 15 (standing next to the railing on the left)
- On the cliff at 57,13
- There are two inside the tower at 55,15 and one more at the entrance, at the bottom of the stairs.

This quest is pretty annoying currently, with everyone grinding old WQs to see if they can fill out their Legion Emissary mounts. I recommend using a macro like
