Bugged currently however, you can just fly up to each of the Sundered Supply Cache and loot them. No back pack or climbing required.

Edit:
Doing this on a alt I found I had to equip a backpack and click on the first hand hold. You should then see all the boxes. You can then un-equip the backpack and just use flying mount to get to each box.

Currently, the version of this World Quest that is up in Thaldraszus just north of Valdrakken is bugged (at least on my server). After several attempts at different times and watching multiple people struggle.

On the left side of the cave opening, the handhold is ~20yds higher, it's actually just underneath the first supply cache on that side, and is unable to be interacted with. Can't begin climbing.

On the right side of the cave opening, the 6th handhold is missing entirely, and you cannot get above to the next visible set to begin collecting supply caches.

Weird bug, but hopefully it gets fixed soon!
