TheWoWDBThis showed up for me after turning in Aiding Azure Span, which finishes up the storyline chain where you help Kalecgos after Camp Antonidas.
I also had previously completed all the local Antonidas optional quests (but no Hemet quests) so unsure if any of those are prereqs as well

This quest will not be able to be completed if you already completed the quest Ways of Seeing. If you haven't completed Ways of Seeing, then drop the quest and run over and grab this one from her if you want to do it! It's a Breadcrumb Quest, so not technically necessary.
I don't think this is correct. I completed Meeting Kalecgos and still do not have this quest available.

Description
Can you spare a minute, {name}? I haven't heard from my two apprentices, Scrumpy and Tucky, in some time. This is concerning. I sent them to fetch us supplies for the inn. They couldn't have strayed too far... Please find them, but I warn you... They're... quite the handful.
