TheWoWDBWhile this quest is shown as available for the horde, it currently seems to be Alliance-only as the bomber parrot [npc=143068] isn't friendly enough to let you mount. Oddly enough, next to the bomber parrot there's a friendly but unarmed parrot [npc=129446] that allows you to mount and then glide down in a straight line from wherever you were facing when you mounted it.

For this quest you need to go to the Freehold
/way 77.04 83.13 Freehold windrider
And mount the [npc=143068] parrot. Then fly around the area and hit 100 pirates with your bombs.
You can get Bless the Rains Down in Freehold if you hit several items. quite easy to find and here is a demo:

Legit been waiting months now to see this WQ, I check my Alliance & Horde DAILY! To no avail...
If you REALLY want the achievement related to this WQ for your Meta Achievement the only way I see it being done is by:1. Creating an Alliance Char or Play one that has NOT done the Quest lines in Tiragarde Sound
2. Going through the quests in Tiragarde Sound/Freehold up until you get the ones 'Flew the Coop' and 'Rodrigo's Revenge'!
