There are three options to choose from:
- Ale
- Milk
- Milk ...in a skull mug.
Leaving us with really the only true option: [item=153601].

Typically, despite being the most badass option by far (duh) the milk in a skull mug gives you the best buff too, if you care for a minute buff #forscience:
1) Ale: -10 Intellect
2) Milk: +10 Stamina
3) Milk in a skull mug: 5% Stamina.
A WORD OF ADVICE: You will be given an Irontide pirate disguise (extra action button) for the Dress to Impress, which allows you to do that one and several others, as you will be neutral to Freehold citizens. DO NOT DO Fairwind's "Friends" until you've done (and turned in) everything else in Freehold. When that quest is complete, you will lose your disguise! It makes it very hard to do the other quests or even just to turn them in, because you'll have to kill everything in your path!
Quests in the main Freehold line: The Keys to Success in Freehold, Raise a Glass!, Rodrigo's Roost, The Big Job and Fairwind's "Friends".
Freehold side quests: Recruiting Efforts, Flew the Coop, Rodrigo's Revenge, Missing Treasure!, Loaded for Bear, The Beatings Will Continue, and Rig Robbing.

What to do
Description
Pleased to meet you. Name's Venrik. I been scrapin' out a living here in Freehold for years. Flynn used to be a regular back when he... well I shouldn't say too much. A man's past is his own. I'll help the two of you out, but first I demand that you let me give you a proper Freehold welcome: A drink!

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Dress to Impress
Freehold used to be open to anyone, but now it seems the Irontide Raiders have declared themselves the owners. They're locking the place down and turning away anyone who isn't part of the crew. Fortunately, they're also hiring. Put this on. Don't think about where it came from.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- The Big Job
So the Irontide Raiders are bringing the various outlaw crews together for a big job using weapons provided by the Ashvane Company. Something tells me they're not going fishing. We should see if members of the smaller crews are carrying any notes or orders. I trust you can handle it?
