Dress to Impress is an Alliance-only quest for level 10-60 in Tiragarde Sound. It is step 7 of 12 in the Freehold storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Tiragarde Sound at 77.3, 84.0. It rewards 8,150 experience and money.

Description

Freehold used to be open to anyone, but now it seems the Irontide Raiders have declared themselves the owners. They're locking the place down and turning away anyone who isn't part of the crew.

Fortunately, they're also hiring.

Put this on. Don't think about where it came from.

We'll pose as new recruits, get in, gather some information, and be back in Boralus in time for supper! Cyrus may be salty, but he's a decent cook.

A WORD OF ADVICE: You will be given an Irontide pirate disguise (extra action button) for the Dress to Impress, which allows you to do that one and several others, as you will be neutral to Freehold citizens. DO NOT DO Fairwind's "Friends" until you've done (and turned in) everything else in Freehold. When that quest is complete, you will lose your disguise! It makes it very hard to do the other quests or even just to turn them in, because you'll have to kill everything in your path!

When you're wearing the hat, you can pass over the bridge and walk through the city.

Dress to Impress quest is located in Tiragarde Sound Freehold on Kul Tiras Isle.
It's a part of Freehold quest line to obtain A Sound Plan achievement.
To complete the quest use [item=153509] to put on a disguise.
Then talk to Irontide Recruiter nearby.
Go over the bridge to Dead Man's Tale tavern in Freehold city.
