More like Swoop and Hearth. I'm getting teleported back to my hearthstone location flying through the first ring.
Edit: Relogging while within the world quest area fixed the issue, as others suggested.
Maybe stating the obvious, but you need to do this on your dragonriding mount unlike, for instance the gathering banners quest. I tried it in druid flight form, but you cannot grab the crates then. There is indeed a tiny delay before the crates register, but otherwise no issues.
