Talonpriest Ishaal

Basically, once you get the achievement for finishing the region quests, drop by Veil Terokk and go to the spot where the taller bird is in the middle of the circle. Ishaal is one of the guys hanging around there and will show a yellow exclamation point above his head. He is just offering his services in the quest and you accept them because what's not to like about a magic bird who looks like a pile of laundry with a beak?

You have to complete Between Arak and a Hard Place / Between Arak and a Hard Place achievement to get Ishaal
