Syth's Secret

Syth's Secret is a quest for level 30-40 in Spires of Arak. It is step 9 of 10 in the Shadows Gather storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Spires of Arak at 48.6, 44.5. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 5,450 experience and money.

Description

Our deceased friend here was hiding more than a love of old scrolls and erotic sorcery-fiction. He had something truly valuable.

If I'm reading his notes correctly, he claims to have found the Eye of Anzu - Terokk's scrying orb from the days after his fall.

We need that orb! The notes say he stashed it in a ravager den just up the road.

A 3 part quest turn-in problem.

When I tried doing these quests one time, the turn-in icons on the map are deceiving. The icons arn't quite where the NPC for turn-in really are.

The quests in question are:

A Charming Deception.
Echo Hunter.
Syth's Secret.

For those of you that are having trouble turning these quests in, the coordinates for the completion NPC are at 48:44.

Thank you! These coordinates really helped. To be more specific, as you are traveling south down the road, there is an area off to the left (east) side with a sort of warren hole in the Undergrowth (similar to the ones from Pandaria). It is surrounded by some mobs. It is just a bit north of the Terrokar Wayshrine.

A group of Adherents came 'round just before the attack on Skettis. Disguised myself as a mushroom, I did. The fools walked right past me. My neighbor up the road was not so lucky. He had a fondness for texts, if I recall.
