After accepting the quest from Niya, pick up the Angry Needler Nest hanging from the archway directly behind her. Follow the river of souls to find Gkeca, Throgtu and Duarri. Target the NPC use the Angry Needler Nest then kill the NPC.

I was a bit confused on the locations of the mobs until I realized that you don't actually kill them, they instead get carried off by angry needlers after fighting them, so if someone has fought them recently, there's no corpse to indicate where they spawn. To help with that, here are their precise coordinates:

Throgtu is at 20.9, 52.5
Gkeca is at 17.3, 55
Duarri is at 26, 47.6

<Niya speaks loudly to be heard over the buzzing coming from the collection of needler nests behind her.> I've caught Moonberry trying to steal these nests for her pranks over ten times already! The other faeries said I was crazy to bring the needlers out here. Too wild! Too unpredictable! But that's exactly why we need them. Lord Herne's scouts report powerful Heralds among our enemy's forces. Take one of these nests, and use it to surprise the Heralds!
