UPDATED! Confirmed for alts.

I just did this on my alt after reading through things and comments.

First off, if you do NONE of the profession quests on your alt (the ones at ruby life pools), you can SKIP all of this by following this first part here: https://www.wowhead.com/news/how-to-skip-intro-profession-quests-on-alts-unlock-dragon-shards-of-knowledge-330266

HOWEVER.. if you did a quest by accident like me and can no longer skip THIS IS FOR YOU. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO DO THE WHOLE OHN'AHRAN PLAINS QUESTLINE.

Here is what I did.

1. No quest from Miguel Bright in Ruby Life Pools
2. Go to Forkriver Crossing in Ohn'ahran plains
3. Complete the Main story quest there "Into the Azure"
4. Fly BACK to Ruby Life Pools and Miguel Bright should have the quest for you "That's My Specialty"
5. This leads into the next quest which provides more dragon shards.

One of my guildies had Azure Span compain completed and "That's My Specialty" quest was not available
What we end up doing is:
I logged in on a toon who did not did "Into the Azure Span" quest
We used quest synchronisation feature
Accept "Into the Azure Span" quest
Completed "Into the Azure Span" quest
Turn back to Forkriver Crossing
And did "That's My Specialty" quest chain together
