TheWoWDBUpon completed construction of the alchemy lab (during phase 4), this quest becomes available and is a permanent daily quest that can be completed for reputation and reward, and will always be available once it is unlocked.

Took me about 3 minutes to do this quest, got all 5 on the northern area of the Isle of Quel'Danas. Where it says it grows all over Azeroth may be ambiguous though. Easily supplements the Sanctum Wards and Erratic Sentries quests.
Where it says it grows all over Azeroth may be ambiguous thoughIf you read the quest, it says that the berries grow across Azeroth, but the Sunwell mutates the berries. I guess these are the same ones as you can find in The BE starting area, just the level 70 version

Description
Welcome, {name}. There are a number of ways I can assist you in your efforts here. For example, I've recently discovered a recipe for a unique elixir. The bloodberry grows wild in many regions of Azeroth and has long been considered nothing more than a nuisance. I've learned though, that when exposed to the Sunwell's power this plant takes on special properties that can be distilled and imbibed to magnify one's abilites. Bring me a sample from the nearby bushes and I'll show you what I mean.
