I'm never letting this quest go for nostalgia purposes.
...nah, who am I kidding? It's totally for sharing in WG.

I just had this shared with me or it just popped up or something after I did a world quest in a group.
But I'm a Tauren Druid, I guess I just have to keep it since it's unobtainable and also supposed to be an Alliance quest and I'm Horde.
Gotta keep its legacy alive.
In keeping with what appears to be a time-honored tradition, I, too, had this quest shared with me while in a raid group for The Pit daily in Gorgrond today. Talk about flashbacks!

Description
{class}, the purple lotus is a flower with a plentitude of uses. I am here at the request of the Alliance as an authority on those applications, to preserve the herbs collected and to ensure that their war effort acquires enough purple lotus to sustain whatever function they plan for it. I would like for you to travel out into the world and return to me with some of these flowers. Is that something that you can do?
